I have been a practicing registered massage therapist since 2006, in that time i have furthered my knowledge and skills through on going educational courses and  include within my  practice; prenatal & infant Massage, Graston technique, Cupping ,passive stretching, deep tissue sports treatment, relaxation Indian scalp Massage, treatment of  a wide  variety of muscular skeletal disorders/problems, as well as general therapeutic relaxation Massage.

i have learned after all these years in practice that Openly communicating what your goals of your appointment are and how you are  feeling  before, during and after treatment is key.
